FAQ
HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?
The program runs for 12 weeks and includes bi-weekly live group coaching calls. This means there are a total of 6 live group coaching sessions throughout the duration of the program.
WHAT FORMAT IS THE INSTRUCTION?
The instruction is provided in a hybrid format that includes recorded modules and live group coaching sessions. Each week, participants will have access to 1-2 hours of recorded modules.
WILL I LOSE ACCESS AFTER THE 12 WEEKS?
No! Every cohort will maintain access to the program and receive updated content or added resources.
WILL I EARN CEUs?
Yes! The program provides 12 CEUs.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I'M A GOOD FIT?
This program is tailored for clinical BCBAs who are new to OBM and want to transition into practicing. You don't need any prerequisite knowledge beyond what you already know! You'll leave with the skills to design your own OBM projects for your organization or as a consultant.
I WORK FULL TIME. CAN I FIT THIS PROGRAM INTO MY BUSY SCHEDULE?
The program requires approximately 2 hours of work each week. It is preferred that you enroll when you have at least that much time to dedicate to ensure you can fully engage with the material and benefit from the program.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE LIVE SESSIONS?
While we highly recommend attending the live sessions for the most interactive experience, all content is available on-demand. If you can't attend live, you'll be able to watch the modules at a time that fits your schedule.

I remember spending several years being told that I couldn't "work in OBM" - cue the lectures on ethics, mentorship, and degrees. Fast forward to 2017, when I decided to rise above that noise and dive into research, books, and, most importantly, practice. I learned that I could become an OBM Practitioner by… practicing. I gained enough knowledge to understand which projects would not cause harm, were low risk, and had a high likelihood of making a positive impact. Fast forward to today, where I've influenced over $4+ million in positive outcomes for companies using the science of behavior analysis (just this year). I want to teach you the skills that helped me effectively apply the science to businesses. How do the projects work?
If the idea of a “project” feels overwhelming, take a breath—you’re in the right place. The certificate program does include a project, but it’s designed to be practical, flexible, and manageable.
This is an OBM project, similar to a treatment plan or intervention. You can design it with a small team, a single unit, or across an entire organization—it’s completely up to you and your current role. You do not need to be an owner, director, or senior leader to create a meaningful project.
In fact, we strongly recommend starting simple. Smaller projects help you get comfortable with the framework and often lead to powerful results. Big impact doesn’t require a big scope—just thoughtful application.
The goal isn’t perfection or scale; it’s learning how to use OBM effectively in real-world settings.
